TideBound is free to play. Every fish, region, rod, lure and technique is earned by playing.
The only things for sale are cosmetic: hats, glasses, bags, rod skins and lure finishes. They change how your angler, rod or lure looks and nothing else. They never catch more fish, earn more coins or help on the leaderboard.

How buying works
- Everything is bought in the game, under Tackle Shop → Wardrobe. You can try any item on before you buy it.
- Orders are sold and handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, handles tax and sends your receipt.
- Items belong to the account for your email address, so you can sign in on any device and have them there.
- You can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying, no reason needed. See the terms for the details.
